Polished Property Styling was established by Patrick Fitzgibbons in response to increasing demand from property owners for professional assistance when preparing properties for sale. Every vendor wants to maximise their sale price and Polished Property Styling can make that happen.
Based on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, Polished Property Styling works locally and in Brisbane’s northern suburbs. Patrick brings a wealth of experience to his role as Managing Director and Principal Property Styling Consultant. As a fully licensed real estate agent, he has enjoyed a very successful career selling residential property in some of Brisbane’s most chic inner city suburbs including New Farm, Ascot, Hamilton and Clayfield. It was during this time that he put his natural flair for good presentation to use for many vendors, helping them to achieve high sale prices. This was also when he discovered that his true passion was in fact preparing and presenting property rather than selling it.
Polished Property Styling has grown out of this passion. Today, Patrick blends his property marketing experience with his styling skills to sell property quickly and at a great price. His on the ground experience places Polished Property Styling in the unique position of understanding what makes buyers buy and spend up big.
Patrick has formal qualifications in interior design, and achieved outstanding results in his course. Plus, during the past 10 years, he has project managed major renovations on four inner city Brisbane properties. Patrick and his wife Jane, along with Bella, their side-kick staffy, live in the Noosa hinterland. Jane practices as an Audiologist with Bay Audio in Noosa.
