We’ll inspect everything in your property, room by room – from the front fence right through to the vegetable patch out the back – before we make recommendations for restyling. Our advice will be delivered in a detailed, written action plan which outlines steps you can take to improve the impression you make, minimising the time your property will be on the market and improving your sale price. We consider street appeal, gardens and landscaping, de-cluttering and de-personalising, painting, accessory placement and rental, window and floor coverings, cleaning, minor repairs, furniture placement and rental, storage solutions and artwork placement and rental. We prepare a priority list and our recommendations allow you to style your home within your budget. You can implement the actions in the plan yourself or you can choose to use our property styling service. Our property consultation service with action plan costs just $275.

Polished Property Styling offers a comprehensive range of stylish furniture and accessories – such as homeware, artwork and decorative items – for hire and use in preparing your property for sale. We have established agreements with the very best providers to ensure you not only receive excellent value for money from this service, we make your property shine. Our furniture and accessory hire service includes planning and selecting the pieces as well as full installation. Everything we choose is guaranteed to complement your property and any existing furnishings. Furniture and accessory hire is for a period of six weeks and we would be pleased to provide you with a cost once we understand your needs. Should you need to use the furniture and accessories for longer than six weeks, you’ll save 50% for each additional week of hire.
